Comitato Fiori di Lavanda Onlus ART AUCTION! To be held on 28 November, Palazzo Clerici, Milan. 40 pieces of art, very kindly donated by the artists to CFL to auction in aid of the charity. To be kindly auctioned by Christie’s International, and sponsored by DLA Piper. We’ll be posting pictures of each of the pieces over the next 40 days. Please come and support us, and buy some paintings! Further details on the website. 

Asta lunedì 28 novembre alle 20.00 al Palazzo Clerici, via Clerici, Milano (metro Cordusio). 
Ci sarà un aperativo dalle 18.00 alle 20.00, e dopo facciamo l’asta.

Dear all,

Thank you all enormously for your generous support of the auction last evening. We were delighted to raise €18,400 for the Onlus.  We believe that this was a really good amount considering the extremely difficult times we now find ourselves, and even in recessionary times your artistic contributions managed together to raise a significant sum. As we had no costs (Palazzo Clerici, Christie’s, catalogue, catering all provided free of charge), 100% of this amount will go to research. To put it in perspective, your joint contribution has paid for 1 researcher for 1 year. That is an amazing achievement, so thank you!

Photos will be uploaded to the website and our facebook book shortly.

Grazie mille a tutti voi per il vostro supporto generoso dell’asta ieri sera.  Siamo molto felice che insieme abbiamo raccolto €18,400 per l’Onlus. Crediamo che questo sia stato un importo ottimo che considera i crisi e i vostri contributi artistici insieme hanno dato una cifra significativa. Poichè non abbiamo avuti costi (Palazzo Clerici, Christie’s, catalogo, catering tutti forniti gratis), 100% di questo importo andrà alla ricerca. Per metterlo nella prospettiva, il vostro contributo unito ha pagato per 1 ricercatore per 1 anno. Quello è un successo ottimo, grazie mille!
